About this application (English)
7MAR Ads Automation is an internal Google Ads management application built and operated by 7MAR, a marketing services agency in Vietnam owned by CONG TY TNHH 7MODU. It is used only by our own employees to manage advertising accounts for our group brands and for client accounts that grant us access through a standard Google Ads manager account (MCC) invitation. The application has no public interface, is not sold or distributed, and is never operated by advertisers themselves.
What the application does
- Reads campaign performance and hourly performance reports to identify budget being wasted outside peak-performing hours.
- Reads conversion action configuration and reporting to verify what is actually being counted as a conversion before any optimisation decision is made.
- Creates and updates Search campaigns, ad groups, keywords, negative keywords and responsive search ads.
- Applies ad-schedule bid modifiers based on that performance analysis.
Google user data we request, and why
When a 7MAR employee signs in, the application requests a single OAuth scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords (Google Ads API).
- Read: campaign, ad group, keyword, hourly-segment and conversion-action reporting from the Google Ads accounts our team is authorised to manage.
- Write: campaign structure and ad-schedule bid modifiers in those same accounts.
- Not requested: the application does not access Gmail, Contacts, Drive, Calendar, Photos, or any other Google user data. It requests no scope other than the one listed above.
Safety controls
- Every campaign the application creates is set to PAUSED. There is no code path that creates an enabled campaign; enabling is a separate action performed by a human after review.
- Ad-schedule changes are required to cover all 24 hours. Google treats an ad schedule as an allow-list, so unlisted hours stop serving — our code raises an error rather than silently disabling hours that are performing well.
- The application does not change budgets upward, does not change payment methods, and does not enable campaigns automatically.
Account access and data handling
- Account access is obtained through a Google Ads manager (MCC) invitation. We never ask a client for their Google account password.
- Advertising billing always remains on the client’s own payment method. 7MAR does not hold client advertising funds.
- When an engagement ends, access is revoked and the advertising account is returned intact to its owner.
- Google Ads data retrieved by the application is used only to operate the account it came from. We do not sell, transfer or redistribute it to third parties, and we do not use it for any other advertiser.
7MAR’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and to the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions.
